Double action Hydraulic press is for cold forming and hot forming of dish heads, as well as flanging and straightening processes for various kinds of steel sheets. It is also used in pipe/tube fittings such as tees forming, elbows forming. The press is used in petrochemical equipment industry, and pressure vessels.

Serial YH24 series hydraulic dish head press is essential equipment for stainless, alloy steel and carbon steel dish head cold / hot forming /sizing process. There are four-column and four-beam or four-column and three-beam structures. Control is basis of the proportional control technology; the drawing slide and blank holding force are monitored and controlled by pressure sensor and proportional valves. Basis of the Flexible technology and the forming process research, the drawing force and blank holding force curve can be preset as per the actual forming process, this improves the products quality largely.
